After 14 years of delivering stress reduction workshops, I learnt how to properly relax.
I discovered that throughout the day, and while we dream at night, our bodies accumulate knots of nervous tension.

​To remove this tension, you need to relax both physically and mentally. Most people can relax physically, but not mentally.

Scientific research highlights the importance of both physical and mental relaxation for clear and creative thinking. The more mentally relaxed you are, the better your brain functions.

Often, when people try to relax, they inadvertently increase the tension in their bodies instead. Therefore, the quality of your relaxation routine is extremely important.

To feel calmer, reduce stress, and perform at my best, I have adopted three scientifically based steps: (1) Relax; (2) Refocus; and (3) Repeat.
These simple steps help you feel happier while providing a self-empowering sense of control over your thoughts, and emotions.
